The lid on our slow cooker broke, so I ordered a replacement over a week ago and had since forgotten about it. When I saw this gigantic box today, I thought I got a double shipment of the boots I ordered and already received. I was quite surprised at the size of the box for the lid, but it was wrapped in tons of bubble wrap so it would arrive in one piece. Too bad it’s the wrong lid - the one I wanted should have a hinge.
Turns out the hinged lid is not offered for replacement, which seems stupid to me. However, I must commend their customer service. I got an e-mail answer within a few hours.
